Return Guidelines

Eligibility
Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.

Fees
Return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Phone
Call us at (720) 725-5582 within 30 days of delivery.
Email
Send a request to Support@FireflyFlame.com within 30 days of delivery.

    Return Process

    1. You will receive an email within one business day confirming whether your return request has been accepted or denied.
    2. If approved, we will email you the following within one to two business days:
      • Return authorization
      • Return shipping labels
      • Detailed instructions
    3. From the date you receive the return authorization, you have 30 days to return the product.
    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within one to two weeks.

    Items Ineligible for Return

    • Clearance items
    • Custom-made and made-to-order products
    • Items marked “non-returnable” in the item description
    • Used items, or items that have been installed or assembled
    • Bundled kits sold at a discounted rate (the entire bundle must be returned)
