The Resort Grill is equipped with two stainless steel U-tube burners delivering a combined total of 52,000 BTUs, with 26,000 BTUs per burner. This configuration provides strong, even heat across the cooking surface, supporting everything from high-heat searing to controlled grilling.
Fuel Flexibility & Ignition Reliability
Designed for use with either natural gas or propane, the Resort Grill offers flexible installation options. Flame thrower ignition ensures quick startup, while a manual flash tube ignition provides dependable backup operation in any condition.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
A double-lined hood enhances heat retention and temperature stability, improving cooking efficiency. Heavy-duty 9mm stainless steel cooking grates retain heat effectively and promote consistent searing across the grilling surface.
Rotisserie Compatibility
The Resort Grill supports rotisserie cooking for expanded versatility. A rotisserie kit is available separately, allowing for even roasting of meats and added cooking flexibility.
Cart & Pedestal Configurations
Cart and pedestal options are constructed from commercial-grade stainless steel and are fully assembled for convenience. Standard cart configurations include locking caster wheels, dual magnetic access doors, propane tank storage, and side, rear, and bottom ventilation for safe airflow. The pedestal cart option features a stationary, wheel-free design with a locking double door, propane tank storage, and full ventilation, with an optional timer available.
